After visiting the Cascade Mountains last year I promised myself I would return and paddle across Diablo Lake. One year later that promise was kept. Hit the water with me as I explore and paddle across this amazing emerald colored lake in Northern Washington.

Paddle: The Quickblade Trifecta
Paddle Route: Put in at Colonial Creek Campground Boat Launch on the south side of Diablo Lake. Then paddle north to the opposite side and the beach near the Learning Center. Just save some energy for the return trip (one of those will be into strong winds even on a good day.). See the attached Map for the route I took on this paddle!
